About
Tucked in the trees above Lake Arrowhead, CA with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of pines and oaks, makes it the perfect getaway. This two-story home features an open floor plan. The first floor boasts plenty of space for living, dining, watching TV, and relaxing. The second floor is dedicated to bedrooms. There are also numerous outdoor areas where you can unwind among the trees - the front deck to the outdoor dining + BBQ area.
The layout of the house has 80% on one level with access to front and back decks. We love to cook, and the kitchen is equipped with a Ninja blender for smoothies, a mini-chopper for food prep, a double oven (electric, great for baking), and lots of pots and pans. There's a natural gas grill for the grill master. The TV room has two couches and two Lazy Boys for you to enjoy your favorite TV show or movie. Every bedroom has its own walk-in closet, providing plenty of space to store your clothes. The house is not far from the village (about a 12-minute drive) or many trailheads for hikes. We have a two-car garage with a Level 2 EV charger, as well as plenty of parking space for three cars on the property. If your family has young kids (or kids young at heart), the home has several Smokey the Bear figures to be found.
